These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the marketing website at solfocus.io (the "Site"), operated by SolFocus ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. Use of the SolFocus studio-management application is governed by the separate agreements presented to customers within that application.

You may browse the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape the Site at disruptive volume, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including the SolFocus name, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by SolFocus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Content on the Site describes our products and plans and is provided for general information. It may change at any time, and nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a guarantee of features or availability, or professional advice of any kind.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
