This Privacy Policy describes how SolFocus ("SolFocus," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the marketing website at solfocus.io (the "Site"). The SolFocus studio-management application at v2.solfocus.io is governed by the agreements presented to customers within that application; this policy covers the public Site.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. The Site has no forms and no account sign-up. If you contact us by email (for example, to request early access), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically records standard technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security and operations.
- Fonts. The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers that includes your IP address. Google's handling of that request is described in Google's own privacy policy.

How we use information
We use the information above to respond to your inquiries, provide and secure the Site, and understand aggregate interest in SolFocus. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except with service providers who host and operate the Site on our behalf, or where required by law.
Retention
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain business records. Hosting logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention schedules.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise them — or to ask any question about this policy — email hello@solfocus.io and we will respond promptly.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business marketing site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
